Brazilian Japanese Fusion Food You Say?

My brother and I went for a run in La Jolla yesterday and we just happened to take a random right turn and came across a Japanese food truck. They had giant hand rolls and poke bowl depicted all over their truck. I looked inside and I don't see any Japanese people, scratch my head for a bit and thought to myself "it's cool, they probably know their shit." I shouted "I'll be right back" when I ran passed the truck. I wanted to complete my run before I eat. It was a short run, 2 miles in we're back at the truck for dinner. I couldn't make out what ethnicity the owners were, they had an accent too. After I ordered their giant hand roll (9 inches long) and Dook ordered the Sushi Burger I chopped it up with the owner Natasha. She told me she's Brazil and we talked about Brazilian cuisine, that I've never had it before. She was shocked and got all excited and said "You're about to!!" I was confused, I thought I was at a Japanese food truck hahaha. Natasha explained to me there's a huge Japanese community in Brazil and this is what they eat there. She said instead of small hand rolls they just wrap up a big one. I found it very interesting, reminds me of the large Chinese community in Mexico. That's the kind of shit we don't see on T.V, media is so busy feeding us lies and fear I didn't know about the cuisine and Japanese Community there. She told there's Japanese girls with Green and Blue eyes! Yo, I think I want to go to Brazil to meet these girls and of course, eat some food. She told me to google it but I didn't, I'll take her words for it...... Actually I just did it right now, I googled it. Thick Japanese girls with tits and booty. I'm at work so I had to shut that shit down real quick haha.

I was wondering why this shit was so expensive then I learned they are 9 inches hand rolls.

Rice buns, fried. This one had flavor, no soy sauce needed unless you just love soy sauce.

The food was fun and tasty, well my roll was good but needed some flavors. A little bit of soy sauce solved he problem. I had the soy wrap instead of seaweed since they recommended it. It's like Crepe. One thing I did not like is the fish did not look like the pictures. There were no cubes of tuna, or salmon, they are like minced fish, chopped up and shit. I don't know the deal but I had fun eating it, and it was refreshing.
