Mariscos El Golosito

In Logan Heights area, on Imperial Ave to be exact. There are plenty of Mexican food to eat here, all of it are family owned, authentic, and very good. I grew up on Imperial but far on the other side, Encanto. It's very different on this side, majority of the people who resides here are Mexicans. I don't typically hang out around this area for obvious reasons but time has changed a little, little enough to visit. Not too long ago I finally step foot on Chicano Park for the first time ever! It was for Rossi Rock's video shoot, damn it felt good to check out that park finally. Always drove by it on the freeway, I never felt safe or welcomed to walk around then but I believe the danger has calmed down just a little.

This tiny restaurant is located on Imperial Ave between two homes. Tostadas Ceviche and Seafood Cocktails, thats all I saw on the menu. The food was fresh, flavor was balanced, I didn't even have to add ketchup to my cocktail because it was so good. I added a little bit of hot sauce though, kinda like it a little spicy. I had the shrimp ceviche and the Octopus Cocktail, my friends order the same but with Camarones Aguachile. Check out this spot if you ever get the chance.

Really small inside.
