Second day of the trip and I convinced myself for the second time, this is no vacation. Well, technically it is but it's my fault for making it feel like work. I go out, search for great things to photograph with my film camera and my cell phone for the blog. But also, we hardly get to relax, we're always on the go, walking about 10 miles a day. It's very tiring, definitely takes the "vacation" out of it. No this is not a complaint, I love it, I'm just stating it how it is. I sure hope Gina the new girl is doing good, I can see it in her face that not much excites her. Maybe we need to do something she likes. I'm still pretty tired from my 3 hour sleep. Woke up early due to my leg cramping up, I didn't drink enough water yesterday and now I'm being punished for it. So remember to stay hydrated people. Getting up this morning was fairly easy and quick. Made it to the train station and hopped on the bullet train for a 3 hour ride to Osaka. Before I took a long nap on the ride I called my girl for a short but sweet conversation and after that I fell asleep with my head dangling from my shoulders. I must've been very tired, woke up to a major sore neck lol. I have a pretty big head too, heavy as fuck too.
We arrived to Osaka around 12:00 pm and it was raining. Osaka is the west coast of Japan, reminds me of LA and Tokyo is New York x Dubai or something haha. The girls in Osaka are cute, the people look a little different. The the town in between Osaka and Tokyo look like Old Japan, the traditional old school Japan. And everyone in Japan love small cars! A lot of small vans, small trucks and cars, like the stuff I've seen in cartoons. Anyways, It's been raining all day in Osaka, we walked through the rain looking for a place to eat or hang out and everything around us was closed! It was almost like a ghost town. Today was a tough day, not a bad one but tough. Walking in the rain was fun but it was cold, tiring, finally found a cab to get us to where we wanted to be, Orange Street. That's where all the cool stores are at. Dook and Robert was there to do some more shopping while I was there just to take some good pics and eat some good food. Gina on the other hand tried to her best to shop too and browse around at random stores which she's not used to. She's not the shopping type, like Dook and Robert. Didn't find any great food today, except for this bakery called Pesa. So tomorrow we go out and search again! I guess we won't go to Universal Studio anymore since it'll be raining.
Well, we ended our day super early today. Kinda ran out of things to do or it was getting too cold and wet for us. It is now 9pm here and 4am in the Cali, I'm just going to catch up on some sleep and wake up super early tomorrow for a new adventure!
