The day has come and I couldn't sleep what so ever Saturday night, wondering if the place was cleared out. I remembered there was the bed, wood, and saw dust every where! I was supposed get their early like everyone else but I finally caught some sleep before sunrise that amounted to at least three hours of sleep. David actually woke me up seeing where I was, gave me the run down on what was happening and that they are cleaned up and ready to load up the cars inside the gallery. That's the really cool part! Kevin's space was big enough for David and I to show case our rides! I arrived around 10:30 AM, pulled up into the spot and left the keys in the car. I was surprised to see the progress they've made. It was clean and ready to go! I can see in Kevin's face already "see I told you" lol. First we loaded David's Starlet inside the gallery then mine. While they were figuring out how to park it I left to get Coffee from Coffee & Tea Collective and a Tuna Sandwich from 7/11. The gallery looked nice, fancy tables were set with them white, gold, and black balloons and Champagne for every table. A lot of dope cars started to show up and quickly surrounded the corner where VIP Smog Center is located. We did all this with no major issues, it was definitely a miracle. I spent the rest of the morning sitting on a bench located in the back to just relax and wake up. As soon as the party started I slowly got some energy to get up and mingle with the cool folks that attended the show. This marked the biggest art show I ever had, and the most successful one yet. A few weeks before the show someone asked me if I was selling any of the prints, my response was "no, who would want to buy my photos of Japan?" And boy was I wrong, this was my first time ever putting up my prints for sale and actually sold some! Very very humbled by your support.
