Running For Gizzards

It was cloudy all day Tuesday till it was time to go for a run. I nearly bailed out of the run, but only one thing motivated me to get out there and sweat, Fried Gizzards from Streetcar Merchants of Fried Chicken. Yes, food is one of my motivation next to getting a sexy body. First mile was rough but managed to get it in 12 minutes. I think I jogged in place on my second mile, took me 16 minutes!! I wasn't happy with my effort so for the third mile I sprint and walked, sprint then walked, over and over till I reached the finish line. Fuck yeah!!

But I ruined all that work out by ordering too much fried food and washed it down with a nice cold Michelada. I quit drinking but if you have Michelada, pour me one. OH by the way, I'm currently addicted to Gizzards and had it in three different location. Imperial Fish Market was cool, Crispy Fried Chicken is Asian owned which I love are cool too. But they are smaller than Imperial Fish Market. Then I learned Streetcar Merchants La Jolla has them, and they were bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!! Served with Habanero Jam, spicy and fucking delicious. Their Fried Chicken was great as always. I regret ordering the Roasted Chicken Wings, those were wack. It wasn't the chef's error, I realized I just don't like roasted chicken, didn't like the flavor either, the Cajun Ranch wasn't good and the Habanero Jam couldn't save it. I finished it anyways, I didn't want it to go to waste and I didn't want to return it cuz it wasn't the Chefs fault. Preference my guy, preference, that's all.

Spotted this Ferrari on my run, without Rhandy, cuz with him around you can't find any cool cars.

I took this photo because I really admire how they ordered. A pile of Fried Chicken, Iced Tea, and biscuits. I bet they from the south.

On our way back to our cars we stopped by Jose's for a Michelada. My homie Byron a.k.a BMac from Suav City Crew works there. Always great to chop it up with the homie BMac.

Speaking of Tequila, he never let me leave without taking a shot of Tequila with him.
